My wife and I immediately discovered that she's not one to focus on her commissions check, but Barb is a realtor who loves her clients and the process. And it is something we experienced when a builder wanted us to accept a defective structure. But Barb was loyal and remained our representative throughout the ordeal. She could’ve easily persuaded us to go ahead and close the deal; however, she didn’t. We decided to withdraw our contract. But Barb found us another home – better than the last – and it became ours on February 7, 2019! We found a home that we thought was perfect for us; however, the inspection didn’t come back as stellar. She was right there with us, giving her honest opinion and putting in new negotiations for us. We ended up backing out of the home. However, Barb was right there with more homes ready for us to view. We closed on our very first home a week later. We ended up moving into a new development with tons of amenities, parks and schools. She was very knowledgeable on the market and was able to include many incentives in the deal. Verified review. Overall rating (5) I had never sold a home before.... I found Barb in Texas while I was living in California trying to sell my home. I had never sold a home before, so I was expecting some very stressful months to look forward to.
